When you say "per kg of bodyweight", are you talking lean body mass or overall weight? I think it goes off of lean body mass, which for people who are very overweight, would be even less than their total weight.
I've always hated eating out. I don't understand everyone's obsession with it. Why do I want to sit in a big room full of strangers to eat my dinner? I taught myself to cook years ago & I've yet to taste food better than my own. I also know my food is good quality, fresh and I won't find a stray pube in it.
I have money to spend for these "abnormalities" that you make, but, FULLY RAW VEGAN, shouldn't be that "complicated"!!! I choose to minimize them, in: 16 oz of orange juice every morning, 2 bananas , some kiwi or strawberry, one orange, and an apple ( sliced into pieces ), a good salade for evening meal, composed of: 1/3 of cucumber, 1 tomatoe, half an avocado ( not everyday ),an orange,an apple, 1/4 red bell pepper, and nuts sometimes!!!That's all it! You need not buy too much!!!This is all I needed!
The RESULT is: I've been called by my doctor that my bloodsugar is very good, my lever is healing!!! And to do so, further! Yah! Everybody loves me now, since I took ozempic and orange juice!

You still get pimples during your period, because your hormones are out of balance. Low essential fatty acids do that to you. You only break out more when you eat higher fat because you eat fat WITH carbs. High fat, low carb works WAY better. Why would you make non essential carbs the predominant part of your diet, and skip on the essentials? Weird!
Human milk is only 5% protein, yet it is sufficient for when we are growing at the fastest rate!
This is what finally has made it click for me! I was afraid of not getting enough and Dr McDougall pointed out that human breast milk is 5-15% protein and a baby needs more protein than at any other time in life because they double size really fast. Once I realized that, my mind was blown.

Where do you take the certainty from, that it's true what you're saying here. I have a Problem believing that real hunger makes you weak. Evolutionary seen this would not make much sense as it would reduce your chances of getting food. It should instead make you strong, craving and wanting to work for your food. But ofc it should not come from an addiction for sugar/dopamine. But these are only my own (unproven) thoughts.
I have mold issues also, due to the weather high humidity , symptoms: sluggish digestion; skin redness rosacea like, dry skin and eyes; extremely inconfortable; Im also vegetarian, but I'm switching to vegan, and starting celery juice...😊

This advice is good for people battling 3-7 kilos.. if people are overweight.. speaking of big numbers.. 100 or over.. of couse they need scale.
Majority of these symptoms indicate poor metabolic health rather than hunger per se.
And she disappeared from RUclips. No longer Vegan.
